We are writing this letter as to apologize for the mistake that I made. I mistakenly billed you credit card for Room 202 which is not your assigned room. Charges for room 202 were incorrectly assigned to Room 205.

We already notified your credit card company of our mistake, and they are removing the incorrect charges from your bill. We regret the billing error and we hope for your understanding,

We will mail today your new statement of account. We are now researching the cause of the error or mistakes to make sure that it does not happen again.  However, in the future statements, please contact us if there is an error or correction and we will happy to resolve it immediately.
