Charges Apology Letter

We are writing this letter as to apologize for the mistake that I made. I mistakenly billed you credit card for Room 202 which is not your assigned room. Charges for room 202 were incorrectly assigned to Room 205.

We already notified your credit card company of our mistake, and they are removing the incorrect charges from your bill. We regret the billing error and we hope for your understanding,
