Dear Mrs. Samson:
I would like to apologize for the wrong estimation that I sent to you last March 28, 2003 regarding for your house renovation. My estimates did not include the bar counter you requested. The additional cost for bar counter is Php 35,000.00. The estimate must be increased by this amount. Once again, I apologize for the error.
The bar counter includes the cabinet for wine and it is made up of granite with accent design. I attached the image for the bar counter you have requested. Please let me know if you have any additional request.
