End Contract Letter

We feel sorry to inform you that we no longer need your services. Your contract was for a period of 6 months. The contract started on June 15, 2006 and will end on December 15, 2006. December 15, 2006 will be your last working day

Your employment status is on contractual basis since your work is just for the on-going project. This is not related with your incompetency or working attitude. As a matter of fact, we are very much satisfied with your work and your skills as our company mason.

We are grateful to have you as one of our employees in this company. As a way of thanking, we give you a cash bonus that will be given within a week from your contract end date.
