Dear Mrs. Dorothy:
Our country declared a community quarantine since March 2020 for the management of Corona Virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) situation.
In compliance with the quarantine, many business establishments have been suspended including my Internet Café. The suspension of the operation of the business meant a total loss of income during the said period during the said period. Due to this, we would like to request that the rent waived for the period of community quarantine from March to May, 2020.
In the event that the rent cannot be waived, we would like to request for an extension of the period to pay the rent without being subject to penalties or interest.
