Complaint Letter – Glass Lamp

Dear Mr. Ramos:

The one dozen glass lamps I received from you today with invoice No. 8579 had pink lamp shades instead of the blue ones which I specified in my order.  As I promised these lamps to a buyer who wanted the blue ones; naturally, I lost the sale on them.

Would you please send me the blue shade that I ordered with catalog number 76-A and tell me how to dispose of the pink ones.

I shall appreciate your promptness in this regard.

I am sorry but the diodes and electrolytic capacitors that we purchased from you last January 21 were damaged.

We found that the diodes are broken and the capacitors are not working.  These greatly affected our production.

Please replace our order as soon as possible.
