To our sincere regret we note that you have not been in to buy any of our goods recently.

Several months ago when you made your last order, we gave our usual prompt service.  We cannot help believing, however, that there must be something wrong to have made you discontinue trading.  Of course we do not want to let this happen.

You know the character of our company intimately.  If anything has not been carried out to your satisfaction, right now we are eager to see that the matter is adjusted without delay.
