The National SCUAA Games is scheduled on February 18-24, 2015 at University of St. Vincent at Nueva Ecija.
In view of the foregoing, pleased be advised that you are to attend the activity. Your attendance to the event entails submission of Narrative Report to the office of the undersigned through proper channels, for documentations and justifications of expenses.
Instructor are required to provide learning activities for their students to compensate for the lost teaching hours. Students are excused from their respective classes and on-the-job trainings for the duration of the event.
Incidental expenses shall be charged against University funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedures.
