Purchase and Sell Agreement made by and between Yolanda D. Agbo of San Lucia, Pasig City (Seller) and Dennis R. Agbo of San Lorenzo Village, Caloocan City (Buyer).
Whereas, for good consideration the parties mutually agree that:
- Seller agrees to sell, and Buyer agrees to buy the following describe property:
- Buyer agrees to pay to Seller for a 150 sqm lot area located at Santis Subd. Makati City with TCT no. A46135 and Seller agrees to accept as total purchase the sum of Four Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 465,000), payable as follows:
Php 93,000 downpayment (20%)
Php 372,000 upon bank loan release - Seller certifies it has good and legal title to said property, full authoriry to sell said property, and that said property shall be sold by warranty bill of sale free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, liabilities and adverse claims or every nature and description whatsoever.
- Said property is sold in “AS IS” condition, Seller denying any warranty of merchantability, fitness or working order or condition of the propery except that is shall be sold in its present condition, reasonable wear and tear expected.
- The parties agree to transfer title upon the full of payment of the said property.
- This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parites, their successors, assigns
