NOW THEREFORE , for in consideration of the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P750, 000.00), Philippine Currency , receipt of which amount is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR from the VENDEES , the VENDOR hereby SELL , CEDE TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely and unconditionally the Subject Property to the VENDEES, free and clear of any all claims, liens and encumbrances whatsoever.
