I wish to thank you for your courtesy in replacing the T-shirts and baby’s dresses which I recently returned and wrote to you about.
This is particularly generous of you, as there is no guarantee given with the said merchandises. It was hardly to be expected, however, that merchandises of such brand and quality should be defective. I hope that I shall be more fortunate next time.
In the meantime, please accept my grateful acknowledgment for your fairness and promptness in attending to my complaint. The incident leaves me more convinced than ever of the expediency of trading with a firm that always stands back of its goods
