Financial Hardship Letter

Manager
ABC Financial Association

Dear Ms. Santos:

I would like to inform your good office that I am experiencing financial hardship right now because I was laid off from my work last month and it caused me to be delayed on my bills.

My record shows that I have maintained a solid history with you until this unfortunate situation and I believe that this situation is temporary. As soon as I find a job, I will continue regular and full payments.

In this case, I would like to discuss loan forbearance and welcome any suggestions that might help me to get back on track. I hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely,

Mr. Gino D. Zamora

RE: Payment Plan Request for Account No. 54288

Dear Mr. Mendoza:

I would like inform you of my recent financial hardship.  The above reference account is past due already.

My parents have been undergoing medical treatment and I am the one who is in charge in all expenses in terms of their medicines that’s why we are now spending an additional amount of Php12,000 per month that we did not anticipate.

In this regard, I would like to request to your good office a payment plan program that would allow me to have lower payments until I can resume normal payments.

Attached herewith is my supporting document that supports my financial difficulty this time.

Thank you for your time. I hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely,
