Last October 25, I purchased Hanabishi electric fan blue series with serial number of BYC12415. I made this purchase online. Unfortunately, after using it for 1 hr. the fan suddenly stop and we were not able to use it.
I would appreciate your effort to take responsibility regarding this matter. I request for the warranty of the above-mentioned product. Enclosed here are the copies of my records include receipts, guarantees, warranties and FB conversation.
