Dear Parents/Guardian/Caregivers:
Thank you for continuously supporting Play House Therapy Center in the past five years, We would like to inform you that Effective January 2, 2007 there will be changes in our service rates due to the following reasons price hike taxes, expansion plans, etc.
We assure you that we are continuously improving our programs and services with these changes. Please be guided. Each services will have an increase of 20%.
We also discounted rates for children with PWD ID and senior citizen provided the ID was brought at the time of therapy tutorial session. NO ID, NO DISCOUNT POLICY. ONLY 1 ID WILL BE HONORED. A 10% discount will be applied for each services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, speech/OT initial evaluation, SPED tutorial, SPED Initial Assessment.
