Dear Mrs. Santos:
This letter will serve as a mutual agreement between our school and your child. It is agreed upon that by signing the attached form you agree to avail our 12 month program. In case of non completion of the agreed term duration, the school will not issue the following:
- Report card of your child
- Parent Teacher Conference
- No fees shall be refunded
At the end of the month, the school will notify you in advance of your Parent Teacher Conference schedule wherein progress or development of your child will be discussed.
If you have any clarification, please do not hesitate to ask our school staff.
