I am writing this letter to let you know that I am permitting the bearer, Mr. Francisco R. Alipio, to fetch my daughter, Sarah Jane D. Paez, from your school for one (1) week dated from March 8, 2005 to March 12, 2005. Mr. Alipio will bring his identification card for your clarification.
Me and husband will be having convention for the said date at Singapore and we will not be able to attend for my daughter.
