To whom it may concern:
I would like to request to give discount for our medical bills. My grandfather has been admitted in your hospital last October 12, 2003 and he has been undergoing several treatments which have been fully paid.
Recently his physician informs us that my grandfather needs to undergo major surgery due to cyst found in his intestine.
With full regret, I have to say that I would be unable to pay that large amount since my income is just enough for our basic needs. I’m a government employee and are not able to sustain his medical expenses.
I shall be very thankful if you will grant me a discount in the bill so that my grandfather will be able to be healed and become healthy again. I hope for you consideration regarding this matter.
