Here are the breakdown of our quotation:
Preparation and Demolition – Php20,000.00
Materials to be used during construction – Php138,000.00
Labor cost for electrical – Php50,000.00
Overhead expenses – Php37,000.00
Professional design cost – Php20,000.00
Overall Total Amount – Php265,000.00
The mode of payments will be 50% down payment and the remaining balance will on progressive billing on weekly basis.
