This is to inform everyone that effective January 15, 1985, the office will increase its current selling price. Any reservation given after the said date of effectively shall be affected by this letter.
The earliest turn over for JC Mer Homes is third quarter of 1985. Turn over projects are live able residents hence moving in is permitted. Provided that no other crisis, pandemic, natural disasters, or obstacles that could affect in the completion of facilities of the project itself. The requirements for moving in are clearance from the Sales documentation, Accounting and Technical Department.
