Greetings!
Tarlac is the home of many efficient professional Civil Engineers. The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) – Tarlac Chapter, with their purpose of building unity among comrades, will conduct their annual sport fest (CE week) this coming October 8-15, 2003.
We, the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) – PSU Chapter, will be hosting the opening program for the said event. The program will start after a parade around the city of Tarlac, at approximately 7 o’clock in the morning of October 8, 2003.
In relation to this, we appeal from your good office for the permission of utilizing our school’s covered court for the said opening program on October 8, 2003. We considered using the school court as it will be an excellent venue for the event.
Your kind consideration and favorable response will be very much appreciated not just by the PICE-PSU Chapter but also by each member of the PICE-Tarlac Chapter.
