Parent-Teacher Conference Invitation Letter

Dear Parent/Guardian.

Greetings of Peace!

This is to inform you that the Report Card(s) of your student(s) will be distributed on November 23, 2013 (Saturday) during the Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC).

In line with the above schedule, I am humbly inviting and strongly encouraging you to make use of this occasion to show your SUPPORT, INTEREST, and CONCERN to your Student’s(‘s) educational endeavors by following up his/her progress and/or find solutions to his/her academic or behavioral problem(s) with your Student’s Subject teachers/Homeroom Adviser.  Who knows? That your presence during the PTC is the only solution to your Student’s academic/behavioral dilemmas.

Below is the program of activities for this day:

8:00 am – Start of Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) Distribution of Report Cards

Registration:  At the Venue

Venue: Respective Homeroom of your Student(s)

Procedure: First Come First Serve Bases

12:00 pm – End of PTC

Please be reminded of the following:

  1. In Principle only the Parent(s) and/or the Guardian(s) are allowed to claim their respective Student(s) Report Card(s), however, authorization letter from Parent(s)/Guardian(s) shall be required from the claimant other than the Parent(s)/Guardian(s).  A valid ID with picture shall be required from the authorized claimant to establish the veracity of the authorization letter.
  2. All UNCLAIMED Report Card(s) after the scheduled PTC shall be claimed at the Registrar’s Office during school days.
  3. Parent(s)/Guardian(s) who want(s) to discuss their Student’s(s’) Grades and/or other concerns with the latter’s respective Class Adviser/Subject Teacher(s) after the scheduled PTC must make an appoint first through the Guidance Counselor.  The appointment must be set during school days and must be done after the last class of the Teacher(s) concerned in the afternoon.  Teachers are strictly NOT to be disturbed during class hours and/or from any school activities.
