Dear Ms. Mimosa:
As the current academic year is about to end, the University extends its gratitude to you for having served as a faculty member, and for contributing your knowledge and skills for the delivery of quality higher education to our students.
Based on records, your contract as Instructor of this University shall officially end come 31 March 2001. As such, you are required to completely and properly accomplish your Clearance Form, and attach the following pertinent documents:
- Performance Rating for the First Semester AY 2009-2010
- Report of current scholastic standing, if enrolled
Your clearance and the abovementioned documents are crucial requirements before you can claim your proportional vacation pay this coming April-May 2010. Thus, your prioritization of this matter is essential.
Also, as a matter of policy, all contractual instructors with summer teaching load will be paid based on actual teaching services rendered. On the other hand, instructors who are detailed in the various offices may be asked to report for the summer depending on the request and recommendation of their respective immediate superiors.
Furthermore, renewal of appointments of those who will be reappointed for the incoming academic year shall take effect on June 02, 2001.
