Dear Mrs. Ramos:
It is saddening that you have put aside all courtesies while vacating my house. Electricity and water charges were left unpaid. Also, you have taken the keys of the house with you which I had instructed you to hand over to the neighbors in House No. 07.
I hope you will respond gracefully and solve all these issues to mutual satisfaction since my flat is to be given on other tenant.
I would very much appreciate if you would resolve these issues as soon as possible.
