I accept your letter last week in which you had suggested an increase in rent amount I am pleased about that you have brought the fact to our notice. I really understand your constraints and the toll that rising prices have taken on lives.
The fact that we comfortably settled in your house over a period of time, we would like to please kindly accommodate me for one month. Thereafter, I shall pay the increased rent.
