I would like to follow up my request regarding the payment of my renewal of my accreditation this year. As I mention to my request letter dated October 5, 2001, I have a mistake of typing my agent code so my payment is goes to Ms. Nancy R. Talavera which is supposed to me.
As per checking in my record, my payment does not show so it means that my request is not yet granted. I hope that you will have action regarding this matter the soonest possible time.
