This letter is regarding to our contract signed on October 5, 2015. Due to emergency cases, we would like to request if we can change some things in the contract such as to extend the number of days for 5,000 bed sheets since our supplier is on leave for about fifteen days. I hope you will understand that unexpected things will happened anytime to anybody.
Please make necessary amendments accordingly. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and assure that it will never happen again in the future. I hope for your kind understanding regarding this matter.
