I regret, indeed, to receive your letter of resignation as Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Filipino Association of England.
Of course I realize that your decision was reached because of your first obligation to yourself, and I know that its demands upon your time has increased materially during recent months.
All of us who have worked with you on the Executive Board will miss your sound counsel and your genial presence at Board meetings. I know that the others share with me a deep sense of gratitude for all you have contributed to the progress of the Association.
