This refers to your Housing Application for Purchase of Pag-ibig Fund acquired asset located at Block 05 Lot 28 Rosal Subd, Lemery, Batangas covered by the Transfer/Condominium Certificate of Title (TCT/CCT) No. 251463 through Long Term Installment Sale.
We would like to inform yu that after a thorough evaluation of the documents that you have submitted, we found the following deficiencies/inaccuracy:
• As per validation, your salary is insufficient to avail the loanable purchase amount, please provide co-buyer.
Please be advised that you are given ten (10) working days from receipt of this notify to rectify the said deficiency/ies. Should you fall to comply within the prescribed period, an extension of 10 working days may be availed of subject to payment of re-filling fee in the amount of ONE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1,000.00). In the event of non-compliance after the extension period, we shall disapprove your housing application.
