Dear Mr. Adlawan:
This letter is serve as to confirm that your company, RC Home Builders will no longer the right to construct our home at Las Pinas. I have decided to terminate our contract because your people is so incompetent and you not able to achieve our time table.
We both agreed to terminate our contract provided that I will pay a contract penalty charges. and it expires today, April 26, 2013.
I already pay contract penalty fee of Php125,000.00 in order to terminate our contact agreement.
This letter is a notice of termination of our contract dated January 16, 2013. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is any issues regarding this contract termination.
