Dear Mr. Fajardo:
We are currently 3 months behind on our mortgage payments since I was layoffs from employment 5 months ago. So, I am writing this letter to request your assistance to help us through loan modification.
It is easy for us to meet our mortgage obligations. However, because of employment layoffs and my daughter’s hospitalization, we are not able to make our payment and have fallen further and further behind.
I believe that for the next month, I will be able to find additional employment. I would appreciate your help in working out to retain our home and avoid foreclosure
