This is to report you that my Car. Plate No, DXM-5142 which is under your company’s insurance cover has been stolen. The car was parked at the parking area of SM shopping mall at Cubao, Quezon City.
I already reported it to the police then and there but so far it has bit been traced at all. It was seven days since my car was lost.
Please let me know the rules under which I may get the claim from your company for the loss.
