We refer to our Order No. 154 dated April 2, 1995, for a complete set of bed sheets with pillow cases. Over a month time has elapsed but items ordered have not been received so far. The items are urgently needed by our customers.
We shall be glad to know when we may expect delivery. This delay may result in substantial business loss to us.
Please let us know the status of your delivery schedule as soon as you receive this letter. We may be forced to cancel the order and buy the required item from the local market if you fail to reply and cause any more delay.
