To whom it may concern:
Good day!
I am quite alarmed when I noticed that I was charged for the purchase of a jewelry on an online site. I have never initiated such a transaction. As a matter of fact, I did not use my credit card on online purchases.
Could you please try to find out how the amount got there and what can be done to correct my records? I hope for your assistance regarding this matter.
I will attach a copy of my latest credit card bill for this month for your reference.
