Dear Mr. Marquez:
As president of the Don Pepe Association, I would like to report that unsanitary and unhygienic conditions prevailing in our street have become health hazards.
The drains are overflowing into streets and the atmosphere is stinking with foul smell. Dumps of garbage lie littered around the area. Moreover it is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and flies that can be cause of dengue disease.
We hope you will take prompt action regarding the above matter. Please deploy a full-fledged task force to totally cleanse our area to minimize the health hazards.
