Late Payment Explanation Letter

April 23, 2001

Ms. Hazel L. Mendoza
ABC Land Development Inc.
Pasay Taft, Paranaque

Dear Ms. Mendoza:

I am writing this letter to explain my late payment on my house mortgage.  I really feel very upset that this has ever happened to but I was laid off my job so it is hard to pay all my bills on time.

I believe that with my expertise in my field, I can assure you that I will be employed next month. I assured you that once I gain my employment back, I will be able to pay you in full once again.

I am trying my best to pay these bills and I’m not ignoring your bills at all.  Please let me know if you can do for me including loan modification program or extending my payment deadline.

I hope for your consideration and thanks in advance.

Sincerely yours,

Tedwell M. Tamayo

Dear Mrs. Romualdez:

I have received today a letter from you citing that I owed an amount of Php8,000 (Eight thousand pesos).

I request you to kindly re-check your books because I had paid the said amount last February 25, 2007 by cash, the receipt of which I am enclosing for your perusal.  I think it is just a human error.

Kindly correct your statement of accounts and the dues standing in my name.

Sincerely yours,

GSIS Letter

Dear Sir/Madame:

Enclosed is your temporary eCard which serves as your GSIS ID and ATM card.  Should you wish to avail of a loan, you may file your application over the counter in any of our GSIS offices/branches.  Once approved, the proceeds of your loan will be credited to the said temporary eCard.

As a temporary eCard, it has savings account, fund transfer and bills payment features.  Compared to the usual UMID card, this temporary ATM card:
–    Has NO biometrics facility, hence it cannot be used for kiosk transactions such as loan availment and viewing of membership records;
–    Cannot be used to avail of the Php10,000 cash advance.

With this temporary eCard, you will be entitled to the discounts extended to GSIS cardholders for selected Pfizer medicines and tertiary education with STI schools nationwide.  It has also a Debit facility through Megalink network.  Once registered in the GSIS website, you can also use your temporary eCard to monitor status of your loan and request for Statement of Member’s Account (SOMA).

Should there be any information in the card that needs to be updated or corrected, please fill out the enclosed form and submit the same to any of the nearest GSIS office.

We will replace your temporary eCard once our partner-agency has completed its technology upgrade.

Should you have any query or need any clarification, we will be more than happy to respond through our hotline number (02) 479-3645.

Thank you.

Allowance Request Letter

June 8, 1988

Mr. Leo Salonga
San Lorenzo Village
Orani, Bataan

Dear Mr. Salonga:

With due respect, I wish to state that my application be taken up for a full allowance for the current academic year.  My family is passing through crucial financial strains and I too have to work part time to supplement our income.

I have always been a good student and have also represented my school in a Division Competition.  My teacher if referred to, would certainly testify to my meritorious performance and conduct.

I am hoping that a full allowance will be granted to enable me to study further.

Thank you.

Sincerely yours,

Denisse M. Sandoval
