I am writing to inform you that my current financial situation is not enough for me to be able to make any payments toward my alleged debt at this time.

I also request you to contact me by letter and include the list of my unpaid debts so that I can manage my finances immediately. I will respond to any letters you send to me as soon as possible.

If I will resume payments on the alleged debt, I will contact you immediately to make an appropriate arrangements. I will make sure that I will pay all my debt obligation if the situation permits.
