I would like to inform your good office that you have a pending delivery of construction materials. I placed order two weeks ago but no material has been delivered to me.
In this case, I would like to request to delivered those materials immediately. These materials will be used for the ongoing projects. Because of unavailability of the materials, we are not able to complete the work in the desired amount of time. Let me know the reasons for late delivery since I am going to explains to my client for late work.
