Dear Mr. Pantaleon:
This letter is serve as agreement for my house renovation. The total estimated cost of house renovation will be around Php528,000.00.
Scope of works includes putting grills on all windows, house painting inside and outside house and roof trusses. Our bungalow has a floor area of 85 sqm meter and is located at Ipag St. Sta. Cruz, Manila.
As per the agreement, a 20% will be paid of the the total estimated cost upon the start of house renovation which will start on March, 2016. The remaining balance will be paid in monthly basis into equal parts. The house construction will be done within in three (3) months at the end of May, 2016.
