The ABC Health Association will be sponsoring a Seminar on Student Wellness Program on October 30, 2003 from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
In this connection to this we would like to request your good office for the reservation of the Auditorium since you are the one in-charge of this facility. We also requesting for the use of some furniture including some chairs and tables as well as the available sound system.
