I am twenty four years old, single and in good health.  I finished Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of the East in 1978.  The two year vocational course in electronics qualified me to hold a 1st class license in Radio Telephone.  I passed the Radio Control Board Examination in June, 1973.

At present, I am connected with the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, Region 3, as Senior Special Project Officer.  This position which requires the proper approach for effective management exposes me to different kinds of people.  I also worked with the 501st Communication Squadron of the Philippine Air Force as Transmitter technician from 1974 to 1978.
