Dear Mrs. Reyes:
We would like to inform you that San Rafael Women’s Clubs have been discussed the inappropriate comments you make in one of our fellow member, Ms. Joanna T. Sioson and we hereby regretfully decide that you are hereby suspended from the club. You have been suspended for 12 weeks and required you to write an apology letter to Ms. Sioson for your harsh comments toward her and her family.
This may have been a lapse in judgment but we are happy to move past it if you can meet the above terms.
We just hope that you understand our decision.
