This letter is to propose perimeter fence for a lot of 535 sqm meters lot area located at Santolan Village, Makati City.

The estimated labor cost for perimeter fence is Two Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 210,000.00) including masonry works and reinforcement . The construction period will be approximately two (2) months.

We provides concrete mixer, scaffolding and service. Also, we are responsible for all the materials to be used during the construction of perimeter fence. Likewise, the owner will provide excavator or backhoe.

Sample Proposal Letter

Dear Ms. Escudero:

I, John Rey D. Santiago and my wife, Catherine L. Santiago agrees to get a housing loan so that we can have enough money to pay the balance of Php 183,0000 for the lot and at the same time we can able to build our own house.

Since we are not yet pay our balance, we propose to have a written agreement that you’re going to give us the title of the land with our name to be able to mortgage to the bank and get a housing loan.

Please review the enclosed written agreement signed by me and my wife. I believe that it is both beneficial to us. Once the bank releases our loan, we will pay the balance.
