I make sure that I had made all my credit card bill payments on or before the due date give by you but your accounting statement has been showing that late fees payment of $3000 has charged to me for the month of May, 2005.

Kindly make an investigation regarding this matter as soon as possible. I have attached all the necessary documents including all cheque numbers detailed list for your reference.
