Thank you for the letter in which you informed us the condition of the books you ordered from us. We learn that the books were damages in transit.
Can you please return the damaged books to us by placing the original carton? We will immediately send the replacement of books and a check to reimburse your expenses for the shipping upon receiving these books.
Again, we are very sorry for this inconvenience. We hope that this will not affect our business relationship. We wish that it will not be happened again.
