Good day!
I am Ricardo R. Dwayde, a citizenship of the Republic of the Philippines who currently employed by GYN Telecom Company as Administrative Officer. I am planning to go back to the Philippines and stay for about a month on April 2, 2012. My fiancée, Maridel Santos Herrera is in the Philippines and I am planning for her to come with me here after my vacation which will be on the second week of May.
Therefore, I am asking your good office the entry for my fiancée, Ms. Herrera. She will be staying with me for one year while I work at GYN Telecom Company. I will be taking care of her needs and be responsible for whatever that may happen to her.
As you may have know I have already submitted her Application with attached documents about 2 months ago.
Attached herewith are copies of my work/entry permit, and passport for your reference. Also, I have her complete application with documents attached.
