I authorized my son, Ian Joseph S. Reyes to pick up the document at my drawer in green envelope. I was not be able to go to the office for my personal reason.

My son will show his identification card for your verification. Also, make sure that the documents are to be first checked before leaving the building.

I will report on February 8, 2003, Wednesday. Please cancel all my appointment on Tuesday.
