Dear de Mesa:
We have not had a chance to be of service to you for some time now. A review of our records shows that the last transaction made on your Savings Account, 109450824391 was on 7/10/2008.
Please be advised that your account will be classified as dormant beginning 8/1/2010/. Per BSP regulations, an account becomes dormant when there is not activity (deposit or withdrawal) within the following prescribed periods: 1 year for checking accounts and 2 years for savings accounts.
A dormancy fee shall be collected every month-end unit its reactivation. In the event that the account balance falls below the dormancy fee amount, the balance shall be applied to the dormancy fee and will result in the closure of your account. In light of this, we strongly encourage you to visit your branch and reactivate your account.
Should you need further clarification or assistance, our branch officers and staff will be happy to help you. Thank you for your trust and confidence in Union Bank and we look forward to your continued patronage as we service your financial requirements.
Very truly yours,
Czarina Rodriguez
