Existing Smart, TNT, and Sun subscribers transferring within Smart:

  • If you availed a Prepaid or a Postpaid SIM-only plan, please be advised that there will be a maximum of 4 hours service downtime once your application is approved and paid
  • If you availed a Postpaid plan with device, there will be a maximum of 4 hours service service downtime upon receipt of your chosen device
