April 17, 2007

Mr. William Watashi
Manager
PDG Manufacturing Office
Vinondo Building
Makati City

Dear Mr. Watashi:

I am writing to inform you that I have contracted pneumonia and will need to be away from work for one week while I completely recover. I apologize for the disruption that it may cause to our company.
If my Doctor’s treatment plan works as he expects, I should return to work with plenty of time to complete all the tasks that our team leader assigned to me. If you need any inputs before my anticipated return, please message me on my Facebook account or call me directly at (047) 451-15-77. I don’t want my situation to become a hindrance to the success of the company.

Thank you for your concern and understanding and look forward to returning to work as quickly as I can. I have attached documentation from my Doctor such as medical records and certificates.

Sincerely,
Luna Mariano
