This rainy season, flu is very common disease. It is a viral illness which can be transmitted via oral droplets from coughing and sneezing. Flu can be prevented through vaccination.
In line with this, we would like to inform you that there will a voluntary flu vaccination on July 28, 2009 (Monday) at 10:00 am here in our school. We will be offering 2 kinds of flu vaccines: influvac (3 strain of flu virus) and Fluarix Tetra (4 strains). This will be conducted by our School Doctor at school clinic.
Please fill up the reply slip and return it to your school clinic on or before July 25, 2009 and payment is until July 28, 2009.
